Panasonic Pathetic....

Called 4 times to the panasonic dealer in denmark. Firist time, the lady said she was new and asked me to search the website myself..... =(

Second attempt: Called the number on my international warranty card instead and this time round, the guy was kind enough to tell me that I ought to get the purchase receipt from singapore.

So, after many attempts to get to my family, i finally got the scan of the receipt after a few days (close to a wk).... and then my phone went dead on me. And then when i finally got the sim card working again.... i called for the third time and the guy which i called on the 2nd attempt seemed to be away until next week. I have no choice but to call the first number.

And this time i was put on hold for like 5 minutes??!!! Does she have any idea how much it costs for me to make the calls?? 5 mins??

And then today, when i could finally talk to someone, she said that she would mail me a list of service centres in denmark, and that she is not danish...

Me:: "Oh, so you are a foreigner working in denmark?"
She:: "Oh, no, not really, you are actually calling to sweden.. Our office is in sweden.."

OMFG!!! I was transfered to a swedish line!!! What the hell.... and tonight after checking my mail.... i realised that I haven't gotten any mail at all.... She had problems deciphering the letters 'k', 'w', 'e'....... arghhhh........ i'm really quite pissed...... someone tell me what to do.....

sigh... got project to hand in tmr and i haven't even started.... sigh sigh....
